What is auriculotherapy?
Auriculotherapy, better known as Ear Seeding, is based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem of the entire body (similar to foot zoning). With this noninvasive alternative wellness technique, we can stimulate specific pressure points on the outer ear. These points send signals through the nervous system, which can influence bodily pains and functions, and help manage symptoms or health conditions. It is a similar technique to acupuncture, but without the needles.
